The Oxbridge & Ivy League Research Programs offer an exceptional opportunity to those motivated and high achieving students to learn and work 1:1 with a personal tutor from expert academics of Oxbridge or Ivy League universities, to develop a university-level academic research project.
The Oxbridge & Ivy League Research Programs are is designed for students who want to enhance their personal research and study skills in preparation for university, whilst also developing deeper knowledge in their chosen field. Participants can choose to study a unique topic from the range of subjects, and select to be taught either by an Oxbridge or Ivy League tutor. This course is ideal for students wanting to gain invaluable experience developing projects at university, whilst also understanding the demands of an Oxbridge or Ivy League degree. The programme can also be tailored to empower students with planning, preparing and drafting Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, or Extended Project Qualification projects for respective curriculum boards.
The course combines theory lessons with development of university-style academic research project. Students receive a personalised teaching timetable and syllabus, ensuring each student experiences a tailored tuition package that caters for their level and academic goals. Led by their personal tutor, each student will undertake advanced research in a topic of their interest, culminating in a full-length academic research paper. The combination of 1:1 tutorials of subject study and academic research project development will help students hone the skills they need to succeed in higher education.
The programme is conducted online, and the research paper is assessed by two separate tutors. The development of the research project will be guided by the student’s personal tutor, and the whole programme is facilitated online over the course of 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 8 weeks, allowing participants to choose the intensity of their course.
