Students engage in content that interests them, resulting in an unconscious improvement in their language acquisition. We aim to help students to achieve their Personal Best and encourage every student to push themselves to try new things, achieve the best they can and be proud of their achievements and celebrate each other.
The camp is split into two age groups: junior campers (aged 10-12) and senior campers (13–16). Each camp runs for a week, and each day is a new project with a daily outcome that keeps students engaged. They will learn new skills, building their confidence each day in trying new techniques and challenges, problem solving and working collaboratively with others. Students select one camp per week (running all day) from a variety of camps, and engage in 30 hours of learning per week with experienced teachers and industry experts, supported by a robust leisure programme and stimulating trips. Each day includes a mix of group work with hands on projects, fun practical experiments, challenges and outdoor activities. Campers will also go on field trips and participate guest speakers workshops.
